This Cookie Policy explains the cookies and similar local storage Pennix uses on this website, what they do, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

01What cookies & similar tech are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. “Similar technologies” include browser local storage and session storage, pixels, and SDKs. In this policy we use “cookies” to cover all of them. Some are set by us (first-party); others could be set by providers we use (third-party) — and only ever with your consent where consent is required.
02Our approach
By default we use only strictly necessary storage. We do not set analytics or marketing cookies unless you allow them through the consent banner. Where consent is required (for example under the EU/UK ePrivacy rules and GDPR), non-essential technologies load only after you opt in, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
03Cookies & storage we use
| Name / type | Category | Purpose | Retention |
|---|---|---|---|
| pennix_consent_v1 (local storage) | Strictly necessary | Remembers your cookie choice so we don’t ask again | Until you clear it or change your choice |
| Demo replay state (in-memory) | Strictly necessary | Runs the on-page interactive demo; nothing is stored on our servers | Cleared when you leave the page |
| Analytics | Analytics | None active today. If added, it would be privacy-friendly, aggregated, and loaded only with your consent | — |
| Marketing | Marketing | None active today. No advertising or tracking pixels are set; any future marketing technology would load only with your consent | — |
04Third-party & analytics
We do not currently run third-party analytics or advertising technologies on this website. If we introduce privacy-friendly analytics or any marketing technology in future, we will list it in the table above, load it only with your consent, and update this policy. We do not sell personal data or use cross-context behavioural advertising — see the Privacy Policy.
05Managing your choices
Use the consent banner or “Manage cookies” in the footer to accept, reject, or set category-level preferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — note that strictly necessary storage is required for the page to function. Because we set no advertising cookies, there is currently nothing to opt out of for “sale” or “sharing”; where legally required, we will honour recognised browser signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).
06Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our tools change; the “last updated” date will change accordingly. Where a change affects non-essential cookies, we will seek fresh consent where required.
