Capacity. Both plans give you the same five AI agents — Vera, Marco, Lilly, Piper and Atlas — with unlimited users and unlimited clients. Solo is sized for a solo practice's yearly intake; Firm carries a team's volume of pages, client emails and Atlas questions. The exact allowances are on the cards above, and either plan can be topped up if a season runs hot.

Monthly is a payment plan: you get one month of allowance at a time and can cancel before any renewal. The Season Pass is the annual plan: it banks the full year's allowance up front, so a busy March never waits on a monthly reset, and it costs less than twelve monthly payments. Most firms that run a full season with Pennix choose the Season Pass.

On monthly billing your first month is a flat discounted amount, shown on the plan cards and applied automatically at checkout — one per customer. The plan then renews at the standard monthly rate, and you can cancel before any renewal. The discount does not apply to the Season Pass, which is already priced below twelve monthly payments.

You can upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Monthly plans can be cancelled before any renewal; a downgrade takes effect at the end of the current term. All purchases are final — fees and processing capacity are non-refundable on monthly and annual plans alike, as set out in the refund policy in our Terms.
